IdealTraits offers options that allow you to choose what fits your agency’s hiring needs. All options include use of the platform and premium support to include email, live chat, and phone. Download features chart for details.

• Option 1: 90 day access
  • $499 per agency location + 2 Custom job ads
  • Receive up to two professionally built job ads that clearly deliver the agency brand, office culture, benefits, responsibilities and requirements of job offer.
  • Priority onboarding – “Front of line” one-on-one onboarding and training.

• Option 2: 1 year access
  • $999 per agency location + 2 Custom job ads
  • Receive up to two professionally built job ads that clearly deliver the agency brand, office culture, benefits, responsibilities and requirements of job offer.
  • Priority onboarding – “Front of line” one-on-one onboarding and training.

• Option 3: 30-day free limited access
  • Big “I” members that choose to participate can post up to two job ads to IdealTraits and their state association job board.
  • A maximum of two active 30-day postings will be allowed during a 30-day posting period.
  • No MLM or spam content allowed. If your agency has an accelerated hiring need Option 1 or Option 2 will provide additional exposure to your job posting.
